Salah Mate Kiosk Setup Guide

A comprehensive guide to setting up and using the Salah Mate Kiosk, a digital tool designed to help mosques collect donations and provide essential information to visitors. This guide covers step-by-step instructions for registering your mosque, verifying your email, updating mosque details, configuring payment options, and installing the Kiosk app.

1. Register Your Mosque:

Step 1 : Register Your Mosque Register your mosque from https://panel.salahmate.com/register

2. Verify Your Email:

Check your inbox for a verification email and click on the provided link.

2. Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your email registered.

3. Login and Update Mosque Details:

    • Log in to your Salah Mate account.
    • Go to the “Mosque Settings” section and update your mosque’s
      information, including:
      • Mosque name
      • Address
      • Contact information
      • Prayer times
      • Management information
      • Other relevant details
Step 3 : Login and Update Your Mosque Details After your email is verified. Login and update the mosque information from the control panel. Once its Updated.

4. Wait for Verification:

Your mosque information will be reviewed by the Salah Mate team.
This process may take a few days.

Step 4 : Wait For Verification Once the details are updated. We will review it.

5. Configure Bank Account
 and Payment Gateway:

    • Once your mosque is verified, you can set up your bank account
      and choose a payment gateway (Stripe or SumUp)
      for processing donations.
    • Follow the instructions provided by Salah Mate to
      connect your bank account and payment gateway.
Step 5: Configure your bank account and payment gateway. After we have verified. Configure your bank detaila dn payment gateway you want to use.. We support stripe and sumup.

6. Download and Install Kiosk App:

    • You can install Salah Mate Kiosk app via the provided link.
    • You can install the app on your device (e.g., tablet, computer).
    • Log in to the Kiosk app using your Salah Mate account credentials.

Step 6 : Download and Install Kiosk App. Install the kiosk app in your device . The link will be provided to you through email . Once installed login with your credentials. Start getting DONATIONS !!

Once the Kiosk app is set up and running, it will display information about your mosque, prayer times, and donation options. Visitors can make donations directly through the Kiosk using the selected payment gateway.

Step 6 : Download and Install Kiosk App. Install the kiosk app in your device . The link will be provided to you through email . Once installed login with your credentials. Start getting DONATIONS!!
